town centre, and well served by public 
transport. 

A Community Arts Centre development, 
will increase awareness of the importance 
of this type, and era of architecture. 

 Other significant listed  buildings - 
St Thomas's church (1895-1905) 
and the Grand Hotel (1897) are nearby.
Richard Peck House forms part of the 
group.
