Rooms will be used for their 
intended function as classrooms 
(lifelong learning),music and dance 
rehearsal rooms, and meetings of 
community groups, small drama 
productions, and recitals. 

There will be New Media and IT, 
a soundproof room, exhibition spaces, 
and a virtual gallery. 

Local people will enjoy their learning 
and cultural activities in an historic 
building which has meaning for them, 
enhanced by better access and facilities.
