It was thought at first the building had no 
value, now already attitudes are changing. 
The strong and confident statement the 
building makes will help the self-esteem 
of the community as it did when built. 

As part of the planned improvements, 
a lift will help the disabled, and the 
movement of bulky items. 

Development of the Internet, with 
community video and TV, will serve 
those at home, and increase audiences 
for productions and exhibitions.
